The elite recognition is awarded to a select number of Phillips 66 Lubricants distributors that have exceeded the company’s rigorous Marketer Operations Standards practices. These standards were created to help protect the product quality of the Phillips 66 Lubricants brands and improve the efficiency of safety and environmental programs. Hutchens Petroleum prides itself on providing quality products to customers with excellent service, distributing lubricants throughout Virginia, North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, and Southern West Virginia.

TOP TIER status was introduced to Phillips 66 Lubricants distributors as part of Marketer Operations Standards guidelines set by the company. The standards are based on strict American Petroleum Institute (API) recommended practices set forth to ensure oil and lubricants distributors meet all expectations for product quality control and that all lubricants operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner.
